The blend of abilities and experience we’re looking for is rare. A passionate commitment to protecting our communities and reducing reoffending is essential, as is a firm belief in individuals’ capacity to change. Your career to date will have given you an insight into the criminal justice system, and current senior management experience; moreover, you’ll need first-class organisational and commercial acumen, plus the presence and credibility to play a leading role at a regional and national level. Your resilience, articulacy and focus will mark you out as a key influencer within the criminal justice community in Surrey and Sussex, and you’ll lead us – and those with whom we work – into a safer, stronger future.
